Protected Iridesceux and HVN material
Copyright, trademark, trade-dress, contract, publicity, and other laws may protect Iridesceux and HVN logos, butterfly artwork, star marks, wordmarks, website designs, motion graphics, videos, audio, written copy, software, documentation, marketing, original programming, and other creative material.
Prohibited uses
Unless authorized by law or written permission, do not copy, reproduce, repost, mirror, distribute, sell, license, broadcast, publicly perform, publicly display, adapt, translate, scrape, remove notices from, impersonate, or create confusingly similar versions of protected Iridesceux or HVN material. Do not use company marks in a way that suggests sponsorship, employment, approval, or affiliation that does not exist.
Damage infringement can cause
Unauthorized use can divert audiences and revenue, damage licensing opportunities, weaken brand distinction, create consumer confusion, interfere with creator or distribution agreements, expose unreleased material, undermine security, increase enforcement costs, and harm the reputation of Iridesceux, HVN, creators, partners, advertisers, and audiences.
Possible consequences
Depending on the facts and applicable law, Iridesceux may preserve evidence, send a cease-and-desist demand, request platform or hosting removal, reject or terminate a business relationship, suspend access, seek an injunction, request impoundment or destruction of infringing copies, recover actual damages and attributable profits, seek statutory damages, and request costs or attorney’s fees where legally available.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 504, statutory damages may generally range from $750 to $30,000 per infringed work, and a court may increase the award to as much as $150,000 per work for willful infringement. Eligibility, registration timing, defenses, and the facts of a case can affect available remedies. Willful criminal infringement may also be referred to law enforcement and can carry criminal penalties under 17 U.S.C. § 506 and 18 U.S.C. § 2319.

A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide contact information, include good-faith and accuracy statements, confirm authority to act, and include a physical or electronic signature. Notices may be sent to dmca@iridesceux.com.
This operational email does not by itself replace any formal designated-agent registration required for a service provider seeking DMCA safe-harbor protection.
False or abusive notices
Do not knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing or was removed by mistake. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation may be liable for resulting damages, including certain costs and attorney’s fees.
Fair use and other lawful uses
Copyright law permits some uses without permission, including uses that qualify as fair use. This policy does not eliminate rights, exceptions, limitations, defenses, or lawful commentary, criticism, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, research, parody, or other uses recognized by applicable law.
